125 State St
Ellsworth, ME
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
We'll be gathering in person for the first time in over two years, and it feels like a celebration. Yes, masks are still requested. But there will be light refreshments, and it will be worth it, especially since we will be joined by a great guest speaker.
Shirley Hager, co-author — with Mawopiyane — of The Gatherings: Reimagining Indigenous-Settler Relations, will talk about the book and indigenous rights today.
We'll also talk about the great work the League is doing this year. Join us to learn the many ways you can get involved in in Making Democracy Work.
Note that this is a hybrid event. Join us at the Moore Community Center (125 State St, Ellsworth, ME) or register below to join virtually. You will receive a confirmation email shortly that will contain the join links.
