The winter season means that it's time to rest. And then it's time to get back to work. As Grace Lee Boggs, a social activist who fought for civil and human rights, wrote: "We are beginning to understand that the world is always being made and never finished; that activism can be the journey rather than the arrival."
Volunteers makes our work possible. Not sure where to start? Sign up for one of our Volunteer Orientation and Support events, meeting weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM:
Thank you to our many volunteers! We'll gather as a community to celebrate the dedication of all our wonderful volunteers and League Members. We'll talk about what we've accomplished in 2024, including election successes, and our plans for 2025 and the roles volunteers can play.
